Hey Girlfriends. We know you're super excited about our shoes, and sometimes things don't work out:

"I ordered a pink shoe, not red! Are you guys color blind?" (some of our packers are guys, and yeah, they can be 'color challenged')

"My wedding is in a few days, where are my shoes!" (easy peasy, we use Fedex and can track that for you. Now put your feet up and have that glass of bubbly!)

"I gave it as a gift and she didn't like it!" (whaaa? you need new friends. Just sayin...)

Okay, seeeriously...

NO-HASSLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you bought your shoes at regular price, we have a 30 Day no-hassle return policy. Size wrong, don't like the fit or just changed your mind? Simply return the shoes and we'll give you a full refund or exchange. 

Just email us first at helpme@gtdd.com so we can give you the very best assistance. 

All refunds are processed using the original payment method (credit card or Paypal). 

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs but do let us know, as we reimburse you with a store credit up to $5.00. 

Shoes purchased at 50% off or more, or clearance or closeout styles, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
